The Alaska Association of Harbormasters and Port Administrators members come together each year for an annual conference. Anyone who has been to a conference will attest that it’s good people, talking about important and good work. Attendees will learn more than enough to cover the cost of attending through increased savings, efficiency, professional networks, and grant opportunities throughout the rest of the year. The conference will begin on Monday with a welcome reception. On Tuesday there will be an exhibitors’ reception at the Chart Room Restaurant, and Wednesday there will be a facilities tour followed by a social event at Alice’s Champagne Palace. Thursday will be the much-anticipated banquet, with the conference closing early Friday.
