This course is ideal for professionals seeking to earn Professional Development Units for PMP certification maintenance or to fulfill the contact hour requirement for the PMP exam. The course includes instructor-led training blending theory and practice, study materials (both hard copy and online), PMP practice tests, daily lunch and snacks, networking opportunities with other project managers, and 35 Professional Development Units toward obtaining or maintaining PMP. A wide range of project management topics will be covered, including business environment, roles and organizations, resource management, stakeholder engagement, communications management, agile and hybrid, integration, project scope, project schedule, project cost, project quality, risk, procurement, and more. The courses are held four consecutive Saturdays, from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. in room 206.
