5th Annual Alaska Black Business Expo and Kick Off Luncheon

In celebration of black history month, attend the 5th Annual Alaska Black Business Expo and 1st Annual Equity and Justice Luncheon on Saturday February 8th, 2019 at Egan Convention Center. This event includes speakers, vendors, workshops, panels, networking, and justice and economic empowerment discussions with state and national speakers.
Supporting this event means supporting entrepreneur and allowing barriers in our system to be addressed which will lead to equity and opportunity for all.
The event includes a weekend filled with Ujamaa (cooperative economics), business development, and unity
- Showcase black owned businesses in Alaska
- Showcase supporting non black owned business
- Network with other business owners and community partners
- Kick off luncheon to discuss equity, justice and business “How we can ensure equity in Alaska and improve our system and processes that make it difficult for those who are disadvantaged or faced barriers to overcome.”
