The only statewide conference dedicated to professional development of Career Technical Education (CTE) professionals in Alaska is going virtual.
The 2020 Alaska ACTE Professional Development Conference will be held from October 9 (3:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m.) to October 10 (8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.).
Registration fee will be $150, which includes your annual dues payment to the national and state associations.
The keynote speaker is Dr. Ricardo Romanillos, from the National Alliance for Partnerships in Equity (NAPE) to kick off the conference on Friday night. Saturday will be dedicated to learning and sharing sessions about a variety of topics including teaching CTE from a distance.
