The Alaska Native corporation for the Nome and St. Lawrence Island region, Bering Straits Native Corporation (BSNC), made a couple of promotions in its administrative suite.

Johnathan Sommer is promoted to Human Resources Director for BSNC and its family of companies. Sommer brings more than two decades of HR experience, including seventeen years supporting Alaska Native corporations through a shared services model. He is known for his collaborative approach and commitment to advancing BSNC’s mission.

Brittany Daletas

BSNC promoted Brittany Daletas to Vice President of Operations, responsible for leading operational improvement, strengthening cross-functional alignment, improving efficiency, and supporting strategic growth initiatives. Daletas has more than fourteen years of experience in operational excellence and process improvement. Since joining BSNC, she has played a key role in major initiatives that support operational efficiency and long-term growth.
