Three Executives Promoted at Global Credit Union

Three Anchorage-based employees earn promotions to the executive team at Global Credit Union. As the Anchorage-based co-op extends its reach beyond Alaska, promotions such as these recognize the organization’s internal talent.
Jessica Graham is now Executive Vice President and Chief Risk Officer. In her new role, she is responsible for the delivery of support services to Global’s business lines and internal clients—facilitating cross-departmental communication and removing internal impediments to growth. Graham joined the credit union in 2017 as Senior Vice President and General Counsel and was promoted to Chief Risk Officer and General Counsel in 2019. Her extensive skill set makes her uniquely positioned for this role and for helping to facilitate the credit union’s growth.

Katy Pritsos becomes Senior Vice President, People Operations. In her new role, she is responsible for overseeing Global’s Talent Development and Human Resources departments—fostering increased synergy between the departments. Pritsos has been with Global since 2015 and previously held the position of Vice President, Human Resources. She is deeply passionate about building strong teams and partnerships, as well as motivating and developing employees to reach their fullest potential.

Chris Hibbs was promoted to Vice President, Consumer Lending, where he leads all facets of sales and underwriting for Global’s Consumer Lending department. Hibbs has been with the credit union since 2006, most recently as the Consumer Lending Underwriting Manager. He’s excited to help the credit union evolve its consumer lending services and is looking forward to future projects.
