Three Leadership Promotions at Denali Universal Services HQ

Denali Universal Services (DUS) promoted three leaders at its Alaska headquarters. “DUS is excited about these leadership promotions and confident in their continued impact,” says Maria Bourne, CEO and president of DUS, which provides food service, catering, facilities support, and full-spectrum security for private and public sector clients. “These advancements reflect our commitment to strong leadership, a people-centric culture, and exceptional client support as we grow and uphold service excellence.”

Annette Sheppard

Annette Sheppard becomes Vice President of Strategy and Client Services. In this role, Sheppard leads external relations, marketing, business development, and client engagement, ensuring alignment with DUS’s mission and goals. Sheppard has been with DUS for eight years, most recently serving as director of business development and external affairs, where she drove growth, managed client relations, and led marketing efforts.

Kim Sanderson

Kim Sanderson is now Vice President of Facilities Operations. Sanderson oversees DUS’s facilities division, focusing on strategic planning, operational efficiency, and client relations. She has been with DUS for eleven years, previously serving as operations director, where she played a key role in expansion efforts, mobilization, and client engagement.

Corina Ovod-Everett

Corina Ovod-Everett is promoted to Vice President of Human Resources. Ovod-Everett is responsible for talent management, employee engagement, and organizational development across DUS’s Alaska and Lower 48 workforce. She has been with DUS for six years, most recently serving as director of human resources, where she supported significant company growth.

DUS also promoted three leaders at its Texas office, overseeing operations of security contracts in the Lower 48.
